“BOAT”: New Short Film from United Church of God

May 10, 2013

View this new short film from the United Church of God and the producers of Beyond Today titled: “Boat.”

The keel on a boat gives it stability and direction, and without this keel a boat can easily drift off course when facing the winds and currents upon the water.

God’s law is our personal keel. Without the secure guidelines of the Bible we can find ourselves so far off course that it feels overwhelming to get back on track. As we read in the book of Hebrews: “We must pay much closer attention to what we have heard, lest we drift away from it” (Hebrews 2:1).

This is the 9th in UCG’s short christian films series. Take a moment to view it now:

  2. I agree. Jamie and Jonathan are a great team and I love how we’re reaching out to a new group of young people who may not find us any other way. Great job!

  3. Well done to all those involved in this work. As an adult I enjoy the strong message enveloped around the visuals. As a mother involved in the teaching of my daughter (tweenage) I know all of these messages are having a profound impact on her senses and life. You all make it look effortless and I imagine greatly enjoy being involved in such a productive life changing work. May God continue to bless this work through all of your efforts in the future.

  4. Great message and video! I know these take hard work to create and I would like to thank all who are involved in creating them…mainly God who gives us our gifts and talents. My favorite thus far, looking forward to the next one.
