BT Daily: Seven Years of “Beyond Today” TV

June 9, 2012

We’re approaching seven years of Beyond Today television production and have almost 200 programs recorded.

The program airs nationwide weekly on WGN America and on the WORD Network. The WORD Network also offers us global satellite coverage in almost 200 countries. Plus, Beyond Today can be seen on Velugu TV on I.P. platforms around the world.

Our presenters—Darris McNeely, Steve Myers and Gary Petty— look back on this time period and give their perspective and offer lessons learned in the Friday, June 8, edition of BT Daily. It’s been a very profitable seven years for this important United Church of God proclamation effort.

BT Dailies are posted five days a week and offer analysis of breaking news and prophetic events, and also answer viewers biblical questions. You can subscribe to receive a notice from YouTube whenever a new video is posted on our Beyond Today YouTube channel.

Please continue to ask our Father in Heaven to bless this and other efforts of UCG to preach the good news of the Kingdom of God in print, on the air and on the Internet.

  1. In our 7 years of BT and the many thousands of pieces of literature have we measured our fruits? Are there more inquiries? More spiritual counseling sessions? More baptisms? What % of increase and over what period of time?

  2. Firstly I just want to say a heartfelt thank you for doing the work so well in this way. Secondly, I am very grateful that I can now refer people to this programme on Channel 74 here in Adelaide on Sunday mornings in addition to giving out a booklet when people ask me about anything to do with God. Whether they watch the programme I do not know, but several people have given indication that they are awake at this time and cannot sleep and do watch TV. I know it has made me more confident in spreading the Good News of the coming Kingdom of God. It is like I am their first contact and then once I have spoken with them then I am handing them over to you for follow up. I really feel connected to the home office and a part of a big team.

  3. Please include also preaching the gospel by example, for I believe that how we live the gospel on a day to day basis, also influences the people around us. Thank you and Gob bless all efforts of the United Church of God I.A. and its members to continue preaching the gospel message to the whole world.
